Two operators. One belief.

Holiday Home Services was founded in 2022 by Privado and Holczer — two operators with six years of holiday home experience across Europe. The name PRHO comes from our initials. We moved to Dubai to do one thing properly: own the core of the operation and only partner with people we'd trust with our own homes.

Our managed portfolio sits inside a wider in-house service network — the same 50+ person cleaning and maintenance team supports hundreds of Dubai apartments across Palm Jumeirah, Marina, Downtown, JBR and beyond. Cleaning and management are full-time, directly employed — because when the next guest is checking in at 3 PM, you want quality you can stand behind.

Every unit needs a Holiday Home permit and must be operated either under your own Tourism License or under a licensed management company's permit.
